With the rise of the traditional NFT sector came the over valuation in many NFT assets. Much like the problem MetaLandYield is trying to solve, a new type of DAO was formed - Collector DAOS

Collector DAOs are a special type of DAO designed to allow investors to pull together capital to acquire NFTs. Each investor then in turn owns a fraction of the purchased asset.

MetaLandYield believes that this concept can work for us. Why? Well, the answer is pretty simple;

Most land assets are fractionalized (broken down) into plots. And for those that are not, the concept still works given the fact that pooled capital can still be segmented to reward each participant.

MetaLandYield enhances upon the collector DAO by using the ideas of Multi Chain Capital and their respective forks. We build a treasury and multiply its' value through farming. This generates a stream of revenue that then goes back to rewarding token holders and allowing the DAO to sustain itself through product development and constant marketing.
